Walmart WFS Prep
Item labeling, protective packaging and carton prep for Walmart Fulfillment Services inbound shipments.
- Item & carton labeling
- Bundles, bagging & protection
- Parcel & LTL into WFS
Amazon is strict about how inventory arrives. We handle the inspection, labeling, packaging and shipping so your units are ready to sell, not stuck in receiving.
Every inbound carton is opened, counted and checked for damage before a single label goes on.
Amazon barcode labels applied unit by unit, covering manufacturer barcodes where required.
Poly bags with suffocation warnings, bubble wrap and boxing for fragile, loose or liquid items.
Sets and multipacks bagged or shrink-wrapped and marked “sold as set” so they check in correctly.
Cartons built to Amazon’s size and weight limits, with box content and shipping labels applied.
Small-parcel or palletized LTL shipments sent to the fulfillment centers on your shipment plan.
Your supplier, factory or forwarder delivers straight to our Georgia warehouse.
Units are counted and checked the same day, with photos of any damage or shortages.
Units are labeled, bagged and bundled, then case-packed to your shipment plan.
Shipments go out by small parcel or LTL, with tracking shared back to you.
Bad prep means rejected shipments, unfulfillable inventory and lost sales. We treat Amazon’s requirements as the minimum, not the goal.
